Physical Education (PE)
PE is offered to every student in Kindergarten through eighth grade at Visitation. Instruction covers several sports as well as emphasizing physical fitness and good health. All students are required to take the United States Physical Fitness Test.

Art is offered to every student in Kindergarten through eighth grade at Visitation. Instruction covers a variety of projects using different media.

Music
Music is offered to every student in Kindergarten through eighth grade at Visitation. Students have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of music, the techniques of singing, and to perform in concerts.

Band
Visitation is proud to offer a Band program for students in grades 4-8. Interested third graders sign up at the end of the school year and then attend summer band lessons once a week June-July. Once the school year starts, Band is in full swing with weekly lessons to all members during school hours, as well as practices for the Christmas Cantata and the Spring Cantata.

Computers
With the completion of our new Computer Lab (set for the Spring of 2011) computer technology instruction will be offered to every student in preschool through eighth grade at Visitation. Instruction currently covers learning the range of the Microsoft programs, typing skills, copyright, computer ethics and learning to use other aspects of technology including the SmartBoards that are in every classroom.

Library Resource Center (LRC)
Scheduled to be completed in the Spring of 2011, the newly constructed LRC will be a welcome sight to the students of Visitation. preschool through eighth grade visit the LRC once a week for instruction and reading enjoyment. The LRC is also available for students to request materials for classroom and grade level projects.

Spanish
Offered to students in grades seven and eight, this introduction to Spanish is offered twice a week and covers the beginning basics of the language. The goal of this class is to prepare students for a foreign language in a high school setting.
