Parents mark your calendars! March 5th is a Diocesan Institute Day! The children will have the day off while the teachers will go to school. This is a change from the calendar sent out in August.

• Just a friendly reminder that all tuition payments are due by the first Wednesday of each month. Thank you!
   
• There is an All School Mass on Wednesday, February 22nd to celebrate Ash Wednesday.
   
• The CCW is hosting a “Fashion Shower." Please join them at
  7 p.m. on Thursday, February 23rd in the Parish Center for a night of refreshments & fun with friends. They will be accepting gift cards, cash or donated items for the 2012 fashion show on April 27th.
   
• The CCW is also hosting the Father/Daughter Dance on Friday, February 24th and a Mother/Son Hockey Night on Friday, March 2nd. Please see the CCW page for more info on these upcoming events. Keep in mind that reservations for the Mother/Son Hockey night are due by February 24th.
   
• The Brian E Wagner Scholarship Fund update... Don’t miss your chance to have a great time & support as great cause! Please click here for information on the Bags for Wags Bean Bag Tournament on Saturday, February 25th.
   
• Grades K thru 6th have received their Read to Succeed information & forms last week. In order to win your free ticket to Great America, your child needs to complete at least six hours of recreational reading. The signed reading logs must be returned to their teacher by Monday, February 27th. Any questions – please contact Julie Calcagno.
   
• District 205 is hosting their 16th annual Chess Tournament on Thursday, March 1st at York High School. It is open to students in grades 2 thru 12. Trophies, ribbons, and certificates will be awarded, including raffle prizes from It’s Good to be King. The first game begins at 6 p.m. There is a $3.00 entry fee.           Once again we are reminding you to PLEASE pull forward when dropping your student(s) off in the morning. Stopping just inside the south lot creates a hazard; cars are backed up on York Road, creating a traffic jam.

          IF YOU NEED TO SIGN PAPERS OR FINISH HOMEWORK, PULL OVER AND PARK IN THE LOT.
