Viking News for the Week of May 14th, 2012

  • Tuesday, May 15th – The Intermediate Spring Concert is at 1pm in the Valentino Center. All 4th-6th grade parents are invited to attend this musical celebration.
     
  • Saturday, May 19th – Market Day Pick Up is from 9-10 am in the Music Room. It is 5th grade's turn to help with this monthly event.
     
  • Sunday, May 20th – The Annie Ryan Fun Run steps off at 9:00 am at York and South Streets. Come support this annual kids run! Sign ups will be taken all week in the school lobby. Early registrants may wear their Annie Ryan t-shirt over their school uniform as well as gym shoes. There's more!! -- The first 200 registrants receive a free Sports Bag. So register now!!
     
  • Dust off your bike and ride to school!! But be sure you have a bike lock and helmet and have filled out your permission slip! Click here to download the permission slip and save your parents some gas money!
     
  • Don't forget about McTeacher Night!! Click here to download the coupon that you must bring with in order for Vis to reap the rewards of this fabulous and fun opportunity! You will see lots of familiar faces including Sister Thomas Leo, Ms. Roberts, Ms. Sundling, Ms. Consolazio, Mrs. Burke, Mrs. Sendelbach, Ms. Drahos, Mrs. Marek, Ms. Burnette, Mrs. Martino, Mrs. Krajewski, Mrs. O'Sullivan, and Mrs. Cooney. This will be an event you DON'T want to miss!!

Morning Drop Off

Once again we are reminding you to PLEASE pull forward  when dropping your student(s) off in the morning. Stopping just inside the south lot creates a hazard; cars are backed up on York Road, creating a traffic jam.

IF YOU NEED TO SIGN PAPERS OR FINISH HOMEWORK, PULL OVER AND PARK IN THE LOT.

Please follow the directions of Mark and Jason;
they are there to help keep your child safe.
